At Elise Boost, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how and when your items will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s performance. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. For express or expedited shipping options, additional charges may apply. These options will be displayed at checkout if available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 days, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Elise Boost is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the item is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it’s still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Delays and Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
