Frequently Asked Questions
We offer a wide variety including fixed shower heads, handheld models, dual shower systems, high-pressure designs, and multi-spray pattern options from trusted brands like Waterpik, Glacier Bay, and Everstein.
Some products may include limited manufacturer warranties, but not all. Warranty coverage will be mentioned on the individual product page when applicable. For questions, please contact us before purchasing.
We are an independent retailer. While we source authentic products from reputable suppliers, we are not directly affiliated with or officially authorized by the brands unless clearly stated.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request a cancellation or modification by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or freight forwarding services.
We accept returns within the stated return window if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
We may be able to offer bulk pricing for large orders. Please reach out to our support team with your order quantity and product interest for a custom quote.
Most of our shower heads are designed for easy DIY installation and come with basic instructions. However, if you’re unsure, we recommend consulting a licensed plumber.
