Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged due to misuse, installation, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@eliseboost.store with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale status. This includes used shower heads, items marked as final sale, or products not returned in their original condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@eliseboost.store.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@eliseboost.store.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
